Prot Heals, FTW?

I tested it out today, and surprisingly, it seems to be true - Prot Paladins are much better PvP healers than a Holy Paladin. Now, granted, I do not own a full set of either gear (Ret by profession), but this seemed to be the case. Not only am I retardly durable with a 20 second HoJ cooldown as Prot, but I never seem to OOM, and I can still toss out heals that actually, well, HEAL. It's a strange thing indeed... I can also dish out some damage and defend myself.

Holy, on the other hand, while I could toss out faster and bigger heals more often, didn't really have as much in the way of survivability and self-defense. Got old quick.

ON OUR NEXT TOPIC,
my Combat rogue is doing well. Still not quite at the ol' 72 yet, but close. I've discovered a very nasty combo that was capable of "1-shotting" my friend's 73 Arms Warrior... I'll share because I'm nice...

Open with your opener of choice. Me? I like Garrote. Quickly follow up with a Slice n Dice. Get another combo point quickly (SS is usually a good call), expose armor. Blow any AP trinkets you have, blow Blade Flurry, and hit Killing Spree. What does this do?

During Killing Spee, your rogue is STILL auto-attacking as per normal, so any increases to speed (Slice 'n Dice, Blade Flurry) gets in more hits during Killing Spree... And during Killing Spree's duration, all damage is increased 20%. Stack that with the fact Expose Armor is riping a gaping hole in the Warrior's defense... His health vanished and I won the duel.

He had 13k health. He had about 11.5k whenI hit Killing Spree. Yeah, that's a lot of damage.

I was a very happy camper.
